Terms of Service

JobDeck Terms of Service

The rules for using the JobDeck website, application, accounts, and related services.

Effective date: May 22, 2026

Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of JobDeck, a product provided by Monument Software Group. By creating an account, using the service, or accessing the website, you agree to these terms.

If you use JobDeck on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization. Organization use is also governed by the JobDeck SaaS Agreement.

Accounts and Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account.

JobDeck may require email verification, administrative approval, or other security checks before access is granted or continued.

Acceptable Use

You may use JobDeck only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and any applicable organization policies.

You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, misuse another user's account, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use JobDeck to process unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.

Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of business data and content submitted to JobDeck. You grant Monument Software Group the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, secure, support, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that customer content is accurate, lawful, and submitted with all required rights and permissions.

Plans, Billing, and Changes

JobDeck may offer paid trials, paid plans, and custom plans. Plan details, seat limits, pricing, and features may change over time, subject to any written agreement that applies to your organization.

Billing collection may be handled separately from registration. Continued access to paid features may depend on payment, plan status, and compliance with applicable agreement terms.

Service Availability

We work to keep JobDeck reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, outages, security events, or causes outside our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves, while making commercially reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

JobDeck is provided on an as-is and as-available basis except as expressly stated in a separate written agreement. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monument Software Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Termination

You may stop using JobDeck at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, is inactive, or is otherwise subject to termination under an applicable agreement.

Some provisions, including those concerning ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms, survive termination.

Governing Law and Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@monumentsoftwaregroup.com.
